The Lockport Community Cable Commission and LCTV offer three scholarships each year.


The Anjeanette Briones Memorial Scholarship

The Anjeanette Briones Memorial Scholarship awards a $1,500 scholarship to one or more outstanding LCTV student volunteers.  Students who have participated in the Summer Youth Television Program, an internship at LCTV, Media Club at Lockport High School, or volunteered at our TV station at any age are welcome to apply.  Applicants may pursue any academic major.

Thomas Riley Memorial Scholarship

The Thomas Riley Memorial Scholarship Award is a $1,200 scholarship for students residing in the City or Town of Lockport with plans to attend an institution of higher learning in a communications related field.


Deborah Gaskill – Clarence Roeseler Memorial Scholarship

The $1,000 Deborah Gaskill – Clarence Roeseler Memorial Scholarship is for students residing in the City or Town of Lockport who demonstrate outstanding service to the community. Students must list a minimum of 100 volunteer hours during their four years of high school, with at least three different civic, church, school or community organizations – these should be supported by your letters of recommendation.  Applicants may pursue any academic major.
